Press the F5 Key for the shading button.
Click the world button.
Click the Amb Occ tab.
Click the Ambient Occlusion button.
Press the F12 Key to take a picture. You should see
something like this.
Change to Animation Mode.
Hold your mouse wheel down and move your mouse. This
changes your 3-D view.
Change your End frame number to 121.
Click the play button to watch.
Press the F10 Key for the scene buttons.
