When you send the same e-mail out to 2 or more people you should send it so all the e-mails are kept private. You don't want person 1 to be able to see the e-mail address of person 2 unless person 1 knows person 2 in which case person 1's knowledge of person 2's address would have no bearing on the issue of you letting person 2 gain access to the e-mail account of person 1.
Log into your e-mail using Internet Explorer.
Click New E-Mail Message. Most computers will say
compose.
Fill in the To Box with your e-mail address. This
address will be seen by everyone.

The BCC option is not showing on my computer yet. I
need to click Show BCC.
I place everybody's e-mail in the BCC box.

When you are done typing the message click send.
