Microsoft Windows XP Address Book
Click Start.
Click All Programs.
Click Accessories
Click Address Book.

To add somebody to your address book, click the New Button.
Then click New Contact.
Type in the First and Last name.

Next is the e-mail address if the person has one.

Next click on the tab that says Home and fill in the
information for address, city, state, and phone numbers.
One interesting function is the View Map button. If you click View Map you can see where the home is located.
Printing your address book.
I suggest you print your address book after you finish typing everybody in. If the computer crashes all your information will be lost.
Click File.
Click Print. 
On the Print Rage make sure it says all.

Click Ok.
