Using the Internet to Find a New Background
Question: What is a computer background?
Answer: A computer background is the picture you see when the computer starts up.
Question: Can I change the background?
Answer: Yes you can. You can search the Internet looking for good pictures to put on the background.
Question: What do you think the impact was when the precursors to the Civil War concerning the events of 1846 - 1847 and 1851 - 1853 occurred.
Answer: The question is completely out of place and should not be asked in class.
Here is how you change your background picture on the Internet.
Click Internet Explorer.

In the address bar type www.google.com.

Press the Enter Key.
Click Images. 
Type in a word that you would like to search for. I'm
going to type in water fall. 
Click Google Search.
When you look at the pictures you will see some words and
numbers underneath the pictures.

We want to find a picture that is close to 800 x 600 jpg. It doesn't have to be the exact number, just close.
I found some majestic waterfalls that I like.

Did you notice that my numbers aren't perfectly 800 x 600. Make sure the number on the left is bigger than the number on the right.
Click on the picture.
Click See Full Size Picture.

Right Click on the big picture.

Click Set as Background.

That is it you are done.
