Spy ware

You need to protect yourself from spy ware.  A good husky Pitbull, Poodle, or German Shepard should do the job.

Here is the free one I suggest.

Microsoft has provided a free spy ware program called Spy ware Defender.

1. Go to the website http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx

2. Click Download here. 

3. Click continue for validation. 

4. Click Download.

5. Click Run on the next screen.

6. Click Run again.

7. Click Next.

8. Click Validate again.

9. Click I accept and then next.

10. Use recommended settings and click next.

11. Click next again.

12. Click install.

13. Click Finish and your computer should be scanned for spyware.

14. Click Scan to perform a scan of your computer.
