Searching for Files

Just like everything it is easy to lose files.  Today you may learn about finding your files.  This is about searching for files by the date you created the file.

1. Click Start.

2. Click Search. 

3. Click Files and Folders. 

4. You will probably need to click the down arrow to move down on this screen. 

5. Click "When was it modified." 

6. Select one of these options if it is what you want. 

7. You can also specify a date range by clicking in the circle. 

8. Click Search.

9. All the possible files will show up on the left side of the screen.
