Preparing to Type a Report in Microsoft Word
Click Start.
Click Microsoft Word.

Click View and then Print Layout.

Click View again and then click Zoom. If you don't see
zoom at first click the two arrows.

Click Page Width.

Click Ok. 
Click Align Right.

Type your name.
Press the Enter Key.
Type the date.
Press the Enter Key.
Press the Enter Key a second time.
Click Align Center.

Type the title of your report.
Press Enter
Press the Enter Key a second time.
Press the Left Align.

Press the Tab Key to indent. The Tab Key is located on the left side of your keyboard.
Type your paragraph. Do not press enter until the entire paragraph is done. The computer will take you to the next line.
Press enter twice.
Click the bullets button.

Now you can type with bullets. Here is what my
bulleted report looked like.

At the end of every bullet point you have to press enter. This will bring up the next point.
When you are done making your point. Press enter twice.
