The state of California has some interesting online services that we can explore.  We will be looking at a couple of them.

Go to the website http://www.ca.gov/OnlineServices.html

The first one is Megan's Law.  This allows us to search for Sex Offenders. 

1. Click on the Link that says Megan's Law. 
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click continue. 
3. On the next screen you will need to click in a box to agree that you have read about the information from Megan's Law.
4. Click Continue again. 
5. I think the best way to search is by zip code.  Click Zip Code.  It looks like this. 
6. Type in your zip code.
7. Click View Listings. 
8. This will give pictures and reports and sex offenders.

Here is another interesting one.  It gives you video of different state cameras in the state.

1. Click on Traffic and Travel. 
2. Click on View live video. 
3. You can now select the camera you would like to watch.  It is an interesting way of seeing some sights from our state.
