Click Start.
Click Programs.
Click Accessories.
Click Paint.
Click Image.
Click Attributes.
Set your width to 800.
Set your height to 600.
Click Ok.
Go to the Internet or anywhere else and find a picture.
Right click on the picture.
Click Copy. 
Go to Microsoft Paint.
Click Edit Paste.
Now the picture is in. This is our chance to move the picture.
Put your mouse in the center of the picture. Click and
drag your picture to where you want it.
Lets say we think there is too much snow in the picture. Here is how to delete the unwanted parts.
Click on the rectangle select tool.
Now you are going to click and drag a box around something you do not want.
Press the delete key on your keyboard.
