How to Protect Yourself from Worms

1. Click Start.
2. Click Windows Update.   
3. Click install if you are asked this question. 
4. Click update windows if you are asked. 
5. Click Express. 
6. Download and install further Microsoft Updates. 
7. Click Install Updates. 
8. Click I accept on any questions and update your computer.

It is a good idea to update every month.
