How to Block Pop Ups on Internet Explorer

What is Pop Up on the Internet?

A Pop Up is an annoying webpage that pop ups an advertisement.  The way websites make money is by advertising.  A Pop Up is an advertisement.  Some websites use them a little and some use them a lot.

Here is how to turn a Pop Up Blocker on:

1. Open Internet Explorer. 

2. Click Tools while you are on the Internet. 

3. Click Internet Options. 

4. Click Privacy on the tabs. 

5. Down towards the middle of this small window is the Pop Up Blocking section. 

6. Make sure it is turned on.

7. Click Settings to view your settings.

8. You can set your blocking level here. 

9. Medium seems to work the best.
