Using the Alt Key or Getting by without the Mouse

  1. Open Internet Explorer.

  2. Hold Down the Alt Key and press F.  A menu pops up. 

  3. I want you to look at each word and notice that one letter has been underlined.

  4. Those are like keyboard shortcuts.  Sometimes it tells you to press the Ctrl Key and a letter.  If it doesn't say Ctrl all you have to do is press a letter.

  5. Press Alt T for Tools.

  6. Click Internet Options. 

  7. Put a checkmark next to Delete History. 

  8. Click Delete. 

  9. On the next screen click Delete.
