First lets zoom in so we can see everything better.
Change the zoom to 200%. 
Now type in a list of items.
Add in dollar amounts for each column
Click on the B for the B column. It will all be
highlighted.
Click the dollar sign at the top.
Select all the information.
Before you start the Chart Wizard you have to reset the zoom value to 100%.
Click the Chart Wizard.
Click the Pie option for the chart.
Click Next twice.
Go between the three options of Titles, Legends, and
Data Tables. 
Explore all the options you like.
When you are done Click Finish.
