Forwarding E-mail Without all the Previous E-mail Addresses

Have you ever received an e-mail with a whole bunch of other e-mail addresses.

  1. Go to the e-mail that you want to forward.  Find the forward button next to the message.
  2. Here are the old e-mails.  I'm going to use the delete key to get rid of them.
  3. First check the subject line.  This subject line has a lot of extra material in it.
  4. Click in the subject line.  Delete everything.
  5. Type in a subject line that is meaningful to you.
  6. I'm going to place myself in the To box.
  7. Click Add Bcc.    Bcc stands for Blind Carbon Copy.  This means that everyone that ends up in the Bcc will not see everyone's e-mail address.
  8. You don't have to put somebody in the To box.  However, if you do that the e-mail that goes out will say "To: Undisclosed Recipient."
