Microsoft Excel Worksheets

 

  1. To show the borders of a piece of paper click Print and Print Preview.
  2. Click Ok on the next screen. 
  3. Now there are dashed lines where the paper will print out.
  4. There are 3 worksheets at the bottom that can be named. 
  5. We want to do an activity list for the 12 months of the year.
  6. We will need 12 worksheets for this.
  7. Click Insert Worksheet 9 more times to get 12 worksheets. 
  8. Now I have 12 worksheets.  They are out of order but that is okay because we are going to rename them.
  9. These are the arrows to go to the left or right of the worksheets. 
  10. Click the left arrow so you start on the far left.
  11. Right click the sheet and click rename. 
  12. Type in the name and then press enter. 
  13. You are now ready to keep track of different events in the month.
  14. Type the first day of the month in the top right corner.  I'm starting with September. 
  15. Press the down arrow or the enter key.
  16. Place your mouse over the first day of the month. 
  17. Place your mouse in the corner until it turns into a thin plus. 
  18. Click and drag your mouse down.
  19. All the days should show up.
