Basic Searching on the Internet

1. Open up the Internet.

2. In the address bar type www.google.com.

3. Press Enter.

4. You will come to a screen that looks like this:

5. What you are searching for goes in the search bar.

6. After you type it in click "Google Search."

7. You will then see the 10 most relevant webpages.

8. Click on the title to go to the page.

How to search images.

1. Open up the Internet.

2. In the address bar type www.google.com.

3. Press Enter.

4. You will come to a screen that looks like this:

5. What you are searching for goes in the search bar.

6. Click on the blue word "images."  Notice when you clicked it turned black.

7. Click Search Images.

When you finish looking at 10 pages you can look at more.  Look at the bottom of the webpage for this:    Click on the word Next to see the next group of web pages.
