2. Here are directions for getting a new e-mail address if you need one.

Start Internet Explorer by clicking the Icon for the Internet. 
4. In the address bar type www.yahoo.com.

Click on “My Mail.” It is located towards the top left.

Click on “Sign Up for Yahoo.” ![]()
8. Start filling out your personal information.

When you come to Yahoo ID it is time to select your e-mail address. Type
in an e-mail address and see if it is available. You do this by clicking “Check
Availability of This ID.”
10. Fill in all the information correctly.

At the bottom you will see a code that looks like this
. Type in
the code correctly.
12. Click I Agree at the bottom.
13. The next screen will tell you about your e-mail. It is a good idea to print this.
14. Towards the bottom is an option to install the Yahoo Toolbar. This toolbar is kind of like a tool belt that fits any size person. It has useful tools on it.

Place a checkmark in the box and then click “Continue and Install.” 
16. Follow the instructions on the screen. Read the instructions closely.
17. The next screen should pop up and you can click “I Agree.”
18. Click Finish.
Here we are now logging to our e-mail for the first time.

Log in to your e-mail. This is normally done by clicking on the
icon for Internet Explorer.

In the address bar type
www.yahoo.com 
3. Click “Go.”

Click on “Sign In.” It is towards the top right.

On the next screen type your “Yahoo ID and password.

Click “Remember my ID” This makes getting your e-mail easier. 
7. Click “Sign In.”

You will now go back to the Yahoo website. Click on “mail” to check your
e-mail.
I would
suggest not using “messenger.”
1. Log into your e-mail.

Click “compose.” ![]()

Type the address of the person you are writing to. 
4. Type in a subject.

Type in a message and let them know what attachment to expect.

Click “Attach Files.” 
7.
Know you have to browse to your attached files. Click “Browse.”

A “Choose File” Screen will come up. You now have to begin browsing. On
the left side click “my documents.”

Then click “my pictures.” ![]()
10. Double click on the picture you want to send.

Towards the bottom click on “Attach Files.” 
12.
Click “Continue to Message.” 
13.
If you did this correctly you should have your file with a paperclip.
If you
attached the wrong picture you can click “remove.”
