Getting Rid of Vibrant and Kontera Ads

This is what a Kontera or Vibrant Ad looks like.  It will show up on websites.    You don't have to click on it.  If your mouse rolls over it the add will pop up.  Here is how to get rid of these annoying ads.  I was rather pleased at how easy and effective it is.

1. Start up Internet Explorer. 

2. Click Tools.

3. Click Internet Options. 

4. Click the Security Tab. 

5. Click Restricted Sites. 

6. Click Sites. 

7. We need to add the three companies that provide these annoying adds.

8. Type the name of the website in the top box. 

9. Click Add.

10. Type the name of the next website and click add. 

11. Type the name of the next website and click add. 

12. These are the three websites you need to add.  I'm putting this in a second time so you can see them easily. 

    *.vibrantmedia.com
    *.intellitxt.com
    *.kontera.com

13. Click Close. 

14. Click Ok. 

15. The changes won't be made permanent until you close out of Internet Explorer and restart Internet Explorer.  *You don't have to restart the computer, just Internet Explorer.
