1. Start by creating a username.  Any school appropriate name would be fine.  Nicknames are acceptable.
2. You have to enter a builder name to.
3. When you start the game you have to purchase a lot.  Each lot has a challenge.  If you want, click here to see the challenges.
4. Look at all the urban suburban lots and then pick the one you want to buy.
5. Click on the word Footprint.    You will need to set the house footprint, foundation, and outdoor objects.  A foundation is what the house sits on.  Most houses have slabs.
6. You will need to consult the experts in order to get your lot ready to build.  Click the experts. 
7. When ready click on City Hall and try to get a permit. 
8. After that continue planning out all your rooms
