Planet Exploding Tutorial

The inspiration for this tutorial is taken from a computer user named PacerCoin. The dried mud picture also comes from him. His tutorial can be found at http://paintdotnet.forumer.com
Right Click on this picture and click copy.

Open the Program Paint.Net.
Click Edit.
Click Paste. 
Now Invert the colors.

Use the Ellipse Select Tool to drag a circle around the
center of the mud. 

Invert the selection.

Delete it by pressing the delete key.

Use the Paint Bucket to fill in the empty space with black.


Use the Bulge effect.

Set the Bulge effect to 31% or so. You may want a
different number.
Duplicate the Layer.

Bring up the Layer properties by pressing F4.
Change the mode to Color Burn.

Duplicate the Layer again.

Bring up the Layer properties by pressing F4.
Change the Blending Mode to Additive.

In the Layers Window click Merge Layer Down twice so there
is only one layer. 

Add the Glow effect.

Make these changes.

Duplicate the Layer again.

Do a Zoom blur.


Bring up the Layer properties by pressing F4.
Change the Blend Mode to Lighten.

Bring up the Hue Saturation Tool.

Change everything to zero.

Merge the Layer Down.
Save the picture.
Raise your hand and show the teacher.
